She has helped clients evaluate transaction risks and financial reporting considerations that inform sound investment decisions and post-transaction integration. Her expertise centers on strengthening risk management, enterprise oversight, financial stewardship, compliance, and board effectiveness particularly in environments with complex estimates, reserves, and stakeholder scrutiny.
Andrea is an Audit Partner at Johnson Lambert LLP, ranked 5th largest auditor of property & casualty insurers and 9th largest auditor of life insurers, and a member of the firm’s executive committee, where she helps guide capital allocation, strategic growth, and practice expansion. She leads the firm’s Chicagoland office and has oversight of strategy and innovation and automation initiatives, bringing a practical perspective on technology-enabled transformation, internal controls, and sound governance. During her tenure on the executive committee, the firm achieved 40% revenue growth through strategic expansion, including the acquisition and integration of practices that strengthened capabilities and market presence.
Andrea holds an MBA (Morgan State University), a BBA (Howard University), and is a Certified Public Accountant.
